Fruits and vegetables are the basic and most reliable sources of vitamins and minerals that promote aging-preventing body processes. Apples, carrots, oranges are some of the best and are readily available. Avocado alone is said to contain 20 vitamins that are invaluable to our overall health.
Besides eating the right food, staying away from the wrong kind is also a great strategy. Avoiding food rich in trans fatty acids, sugars and starches will go a long way because eating lots of them will promote inflammatory body responses that can set us back in our anti-aging quest. These types of food speed up the aging process.
Cliche as it may be, we are truly what we eat. A diet that is good for the health, without a doubt, is the number one solution in fighting aging. You need not buy those costly anti aging products and find a doctor to help you with your problem. You alone can protect yourself from aging by buying lots of fruits and vegetables that are proven skin food!
